For years, Dennis Gilmore–known as Gramps by his grandchildren–would regularly meet with people at coffee & donut shops to mentor them and provide them a sense of care and community. Because of this, when people have thought of Dennis, they have thought of warmth, care, and community. 

For years, his son and daughter-in-law (Greg and Amy) dreamed of owning a company where they could provide a place where all kinds of people could experience genuine community over a meal. As they began exploring that adventure, it just made sense to bring that history into a restaurant of their own where a “Gramps” kind of care was reflected.
